Apostille Legalization
Apostille Legalization is an online document legalization service from Indonesia that can be recognized for use abroad by both Indonesian citizens and foreign citizens (countries that are members of the Apostille convention). It can now be accessed online via the Directorate General of General Legal Administration (AHU) online page with the link address https://apostille.ahu.go.id.
Apostille is the legalization of an official’s signature, legalization of a stamp, and/or an official seal in a public document by matching it with a specimen through an agency, one of which is the Ministry of Law and Human Rights as the Competent Authority or authorized authority. The documents that can be submitted include the legalization of 66 types of public documents that are standard in visa applications and marriage registration (mixed marriages), as well as requirements for education and training abroad such as diplomas and transcripts, and other public documents (download types of documents).
Apostille from Indonesia can be used by 122 States Parties to the Apostille Convention and can support the traffic of public documents between countries that are members of the Apostille convention.
