Spouse Visa (E31B) granted to foreigners who has wife or husband with valid Limited Stay Permit (ITAS) or Permanent Residence (ITAP) to apply Limited Stay Permit (ITAS) following his/her wife/husband.
What You Can Do with Spouse Visa ( E31B)

Activities Not Allowed with Spouse Visa ( E31B)
- Staying in Indonesia over the period of your stay permit, engaging in prohibited activities, not complying with visa conditions, and/or not complying with Indonesian laws may result in you paying fines, being deported, and/or other legal charges.
WHAT IS THE REQUIREMENTS FOR Spouse Visa APPLICATION?
Spouse and Company Sponsor Document Requirement:
- Director ID card (KTP) or Local Manager ID card (KTP).
- Company current account for the last 2 (two) months.
- Username and password for https://evisa.imigrasi.go.id.
- Company Letter Head and Company Stamp.
- Copy passport of the husband or wife.
- A valid Limited Stay Permit/Permanent Stay Permit or Limited Stay Visa of the husband or wife.
Applicant Document Requirement:
- Valid Nationality Passport at least 6 (six) months.
- Proof of living expenses of at least US$2000 (two thousand American dollars) or equivalent.
- Marriage certificate or marriage book that has been translated into Indonesian by a sworn translator except those that have been written in English
- Latest color photograph.
- Curriculum Vitae.
- Travel Itinerary.
