For foreigners who has baby which birth in Indonesia, it will be necessary to get Indonesian Birth Certificate before a foreign passport can be issued for your baby from your Embassy. Then, you must submit to local Immigration to report your baby born. You have to process your baby birth report before 60 days from born date.
What is the Requirements to get birth certificate in bali
Requirement documents are required may different depending on your address, the standard requirements will be:
- Original birth statement letter from hospital.
- A recent color photograph.
- Birth Certificate from embassy if dual citizens.
- Copy passport of parents.
- Copy marriage certificate of parents.
- Copy stay permit (visa or ITAS) of parents.
- Copy residence certificate (SKTT) of parents.
Also, you will need to apply for a stay permit for your baby after birth report finish, which will follow the stay permit of the parent’s stay permit.
