Child Visa (E31E) granted to foreigners who will join with their parents in Indonesia with valid limited stay permit as an unmarried minor (under 18 years old) of  parents stay permit such are Employee, General Investment, Retirement, Second Home Visa and Golden Visa.

What You Can Do with Child Visa ( E31E)

  • Live and study in Indonesia.
  • Travel to and from Indonesia as many times you want.

Activities Not Allowed with Child Visa ( E31E)

  • Staying in Indonesia over the period of your stay permit, engaging in prohibited activities, not complying with visa conditions, and/or not complying with Indonesian laws may result in you paying fines, being deported, and/or other legal charges.

WHAT IS THE REQUIREMENTS FOR CHILD VISA APPLICATION?

Parents and Company Sponsor Document Requirement:

  • Director ID card (KTP) or Local Manager ID card (KTP).
  • Company current account for the last 2 (two) months.
  • Username and password for https://evisa.imigrasi.go.id.
  • Company Letter Head and Company Stamp.
  • Copy passport of the mother or father.
  • A valid Stay Permit of the mother or father.
  • Marriage certificate or marriage book that has been translated into Indonesian by a sworn translator except those that have been written in English

Applicant Document Requirement:

  • Valid Nationality Passport at least 6 (six) months.
  • Proof of living expenses of at least US$2000 (two thousand American dollars) or equivalent.
  • Birth certificate that has been translated into Indonesian by a sworn translator except those that have been written in English
  • Latest color photograph.
  • Travel Itinerary.
